For our business partner’s customer, we implemented a comprehensive installation of a central extraction system, which brings significant improvements to the working environment and cost savings.<\/p>\n\n

The basis of the entire system is a powerful covered extraction ADAMIK FT 768 A with an efficient fan with a power input of 9.2 kW, a filtration area of \u200b\u200b68 m\u00b2 and mechanical filter regeneration. This solution replaced several smaller, local extraction units, which freed up valuable space in the workshop. <\/p>\n\n

The system is designed to effectively extract the new edge banding machine and saw. At the same time, it is ready for future expansion with a large-area saw and a CNC machine, which is ensured by sufficient extraction capacity. <\/p>\n\n

The installation includes an air return, which contributes to energy savings. The summer\/winter flap allows for a reduction in heat loss depending on the season. <\/p>\n\n
