Filter unit for welding IPERJET DF MAX 9, 11 kW

The IPERJET DF MAX 9 filtration unit is equipped with horizontal cartridge filters and is suitable for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes, fine and non-metallic coarse dust and small amounts of chips.

This is a filtration unit for installation inside work spaces. It is equipped with a compressed air cleaning system. If local regulations allow, filtered air can be recycled into the workspace, representing significant energy savings.

The filtration unit consists of one sedimentation chamber, where most of the dust is sorted, which then falls into the first collection container. The following labyrinth, together with high-efficiency filters and a second collection container, completes the filtration of the remaining dust.

A high-performance fan located directly on the top of the unit ensures high extraction power and low noise level. The horizontal position of the filters allows easy access and quick maintenance of the filter compartment.

For dust/fume extraction from thermal cutting and laser is suitable the IPERJET DF TC, Thermalcut version.

For indoor environments with high dust concentrations is suitable the IPERJET DF TRU version, as its unique hopper with a container allows for easy and quick emptying of the filtered dust.
