The PT-00 bagger is a device that ensures smooth filling of briquettes into six bags at the same time without rotating them. This uniform filling is ensured only by the rotating chute, which directs the fall of the briquettes into the individual bags. The rotational movement of the chute is derived from the sliding movement of the briquettes in the briquette pipe, so the device does not need additional energy for operation. The rotating chute is mounted using bearings on the central part of the base and its rotational movement is ensured by a special mechanism located at the outlet of the briquette pipe. The PE bags are attached to the stand with clips, which also cover the free space between the individual bags and direct the path of the briquettes falling into the bag. The adjustable legs of the structure ensure quick installation even on uneven surfaces.
