EUROFILTER NG EX is an industrial filter unit designed for the effective extraction of fine dust and sawdust in the woodworking industry. Thanks to its modular construction made of galvanized or painted sheet metal, the EUROFILTER NG EX unit offers an ideal solution for improving air quality in production environments. It is particularly suitable for operations and industries where it is necessary to limit the spread of polluting particles while ensuring operational safety and ease of use.

The EUROFILTER NG EX unit is designed for placement in explosive environments of class St.1, Kst<200bar.m/s. It complies with the EN 16770 standard.

The unit is equipped with an automatic cleaning system and efficient continuous extraction of dust and chips, which helps to keep the air clean, reduces the risk of pollution and improves working conditions. In addition, the presence of a soundproof centrifugal fan allows for high-performance operation while reducing noise.

The unit is also equipped with antistatic polyester filters and an automatic fire extinguishing system with a powder extinguisher.

The unit is designed to operate in negative pressure mode to ensure maximum filtration efficiency and safety from the risk of fire and explosion.

We dimension the piping based on the required extraction capacity based on the total number of machines and their maximum concurrent operation. The piping system is designed in a smooth pipe and its individual elements are designed with the aim of minimizing air flow losses.
• Manual shutters – To optimize extraction performance when not using all machines at the same time.
• Pneumatic shutters – For greater operator comfort and work optimization, we implement pneumatic shutters that usually work in parallel with the automatic starting system of the extraction unit.
