Membrane press with heating furnace ADAMIK Combiformer CMPP 300/150/40

ADAMIK Combiformer is a combination of a heating furnace and a membrane press for shaping artificial stone.

Thermoforming presses are equipped with a silicone membrane that has high heat resistance and thanks to which it is possible to shape artificial stone in the press. The pressing frame is fitted with a flat transparent silicone membrane.

An integral part of shaping solid surface materials using membrane presses is heating them to the desired temperature – this is ensured by a built-in heating furnace. After heating, the solid surface becomes a malleable mass, which is shaped into the desired shape in the membrane press using a mold. The shaping process is completed by cooling the solid surface material.

To facilitate handling, the frame with the membrane is lifted using pneumatic pistons. The lid is hinged.

Membrane pressing has great benefits, especially in the production of parts using molds, where the membrane functions as a mold counterpart, eliminating the complexity associated with preparing the mold counterpart.

The classic heating elements of the press have been replaced by fans with heating, which ensure not only faster and more uniform heating of the working area thanks to air circulation, but also energy savings.

Thanks to these design changes, the membrane is also subjected to much less thermal stress and its service life is extended.

The press can be equipped with a high-capacity pump with an output of 100 m3/h for quick extraction of the working area if you plan to shape large parts.
