Membrane press ADAMIK AMP 400/185/40 HD

Modern trends in furniture production are no longer focused only on veneering, but on the contrary, on pressing decorative and highly durable materials such as HPL laminates, CPL foils (2D shape), stone veneers or decorative mats.

The ADAMIK AMP 400/185/40 HD membrane press is a press from the new AMP HD series. It is equipped with a more powerful vacuum pump with an output of 40 m³/h. The usable pressing area is 3,800 x 1,650 mm.

The press has a wide range of uses – pressing flat parts (doors), shaped parts (door frames), bent parts (chairs, arches, etc.). It will replace the stacking press in small and medium-sized joinery.

Classic heating elements have been replaced by fans with heating, which not only ensure faster and more even heating of the working area thanks to air circulation, but also save electricity. Thanks to these design changes, the membrane is also much less thermally stressed and its lifespan is extended.

The press is standardly equipped with a rubber membrane with heat resistance up to 120 °C. Optionally, the press can also be equipped with a silicone membrane.
