Revolutionary change in the workshop: New extraction unit saves space and energy

For our business partner’s customer, we implemented a comprehensive installation of a central extraction system, which brings significant improvements to the working environment and cost savings.

The basis of the entire system is a powerful covered extraction ADAMIK FT 768 A with an efficient fan with a power input of 9.2 kW, a filtration area of ​​68 m² and mechanical filter regeneration. This solution replaced several smaller, local extraction units, which freed up valuable space in the workshop.

The system is designed to effectively extract the new edge banding machine and saw. At the same time, it is ready for future expansion with a large-area saw and a CNC machine, which is ensured by sufficient extraction capacity.

The installation includes an air return, which contributes to energy savings. The summer/winter flap allows for a reduction in heat loss depending on the season.
