Rotary stand RS-06

The RS-06 rotary stand is designed for easy packing of briquettes into bags. It is delivered assembled without PE bags and power cable. The welded base is prepared for placing three strain gauge sensors in three support legs. In the middle of the base there is a massive metal column to which six holders are attached. The height of the holder can be changed by moving it according to the required size of the package. The PE bags are attached to the stand with clips, which also cover the free space between the individual bags and direct the path of the briquettes falling into the bag. The rotary stand is placed under the outlet of the briquettes from the briquette pipe.

After switching on, the stand starts to rotate and the briquettes fall smoothly into all bags simultaneously. This solution requires supervision and manual input of the weight of the bags. The bags are closed only after the residual moisture has evaporated and is not automated. The bags are easily stacked on a pallet and fixed with stretch film. The stand can be equipped with adjustable height holders.
