Shredder AZR 800 S

The issue of waste management does not only include extraction, but also shredding. The AZR 800 S shredder is designed for small and medium-sized woodworking operations. It allows the processing of various types of wood, such as chipboard, MDF, softwood and other waste.

Circular knife system: Cutting knives that reduce your operating costs!

The 354 mm diameter rotor is available in two versions with different blade holder mounting systems. The V7 rotor has blade holders welded on, while the V5 rotor has blade holders recessed into the rotor body, which eliminates weld wear and ensures a long rotor life even in the most demanding conditions.

The round-shaped knives with a diameter of 40 mm have a large cutting surface and allow eight rotations of each knife, which reduces operating costs compared to the use of classic square knives, which can only be rotated four times.

Standard and optional parameters:

Perforation size: Standard size is 15/20 mm. Optional sizes (mm): 10/12, 12/15, 20/25, 25/30, 35/40. Special sizes on request.

Throughput: This parameter depends on the type of material being processed (long, short, wet, dry, etc.) as well as the size of the screen perforation. The machine typically processes two to four hopper fills per hour.

Chips transport: You can use an exctraction device, a screw conveyor or a belt conveyor for this purpose. The minimum air speed for the suction device is 28 m/s.

Another row of knives: an optional accessory with which the machine achieves higher shredding performance thanks to the use of twice the number of knives, i.e. thirty.

A spike bar on the pressure beam that holds the shredded material better in the cut.

Segmented floor that minimizes the risk of thin material (hardboard, veneer) getting stuck under the pressure roller. The size of the shredded fraction is defined by the output screen, which is optional. The actual shredding of the material is controlled by a PLC unit so that the optimal shredder performance is achieved in relation to the shredded material. The shredded material is removed from the shredder by means of an extraction device or by a belt or screw conveyor.
