Extraction wall ZINCOCAR DF 3, 7.5 kW

The ZINCOCAR DF filter unit is designed as an extraction wall with high-performance horizontally positioned filters and is intended for extraction and filtration of dust from wood grinding, steel grinding, dust from inert material processing, dust from surface metallization and welding fumes.

The unit is equipped with a compressed air pulse cleaning system, a PLC unit for setting cleaning cycles and an AFON air diffuser.

The wall is designed entirely from sheet metal panels. The front wall itself functions as the first stage of filtration, where the air flow entering through the front wall is slowed down inside the device, thereby separating heavier particles and trapping them in a collection container.
A noise-proof centrifugal fan creates an underpressure, which results in the circulation of an air stream that removes dust through highly efficient cartridge filters without harmful dust dispersion into the surroundings.
The inlet openings are equipped with rubber slats on the inside, which close the wall during pulse cleaning.
The purified air is discharged by a centrifugal fan, the characteristics of which guarantee an extraction speed in accordance with current regulations.
The cabin is also supplied with a PLC unit for automatic cleaning of filters with compressed air.

The ZINCOCAR DF unit is designed for various applications in workshops where:

• local/source extraction is difficult or not possible.
• the installation of the pipe is complicated or unsuitable.
• are air-conditioned workspaces to avoid wasting energy by releasing filtered air outside and re-introducing untreated outside air.
• an environment where the source or pollutant/fume changes depending on the process.
• there is insufficient local extraction provided by suitable units or weak filtration capacity of the existing pollution control system.
