Filter unit for oil mist extraction NOIL 20 1.5 kW

The NOIL 20 extraction and filtration unit was manufactured to purify the air in work areas where oil vapors (oil mist) are generated, and to subsequently recycle the captured oil.

The use of a cellulose pre-filter tested according to the BIA standard with a USG,C rating and a polyester filter guarantees high filtration efficiency of up to an average of 98 % of captured oil particles. The cleaned air is then returned to the production areas.

The filtered oil is collected in the lower part of the separator, where it is ready for further use.

The NOIL separator has a very solid construction, but it retains very compact dimensions thanks to the internal fan location, which allows for easy adaptation to all machine tools.

MACHINERY INDUSTRY: multi-purpose lathes, thread cutting machines, machine tools for gear production, etc.

GRAPHICS: rotary newspaper presses, ink fumes, etc.

FOOD INDUSTRY: vegetable oil sprayers, food paste processing machines, etc.

OTHER: turbines, compressors, pumps, lubricators, sprayers, etc.

Note:
In case of heavy duty operation where smoke is present, we recommend using an additional filter with a BIA USG, C tested teflon layer. The additional filter is supplied including a 90° elbow for even distribution of filtered air in the room.
