    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    How much does the shipping cost?

    The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order and the payment method you choose. You will always see the exact amount in your cart before completing your purchase.

    FREE shipping: For orders over 200 EUR excluding VAT, we pay the shipping.

    When will we ship the goods?

    We ship shipments on working days.

    Goods “In stock”: If you create and pay for your order on a business day, we will ship it on the same or the next business day at the latest.

    “To order” goods: We will inform you of the delivery date individually depending on the availability of production capacities.

    When will I receive the shipment?

    The courier service usually delivers within a few days, depending on the country of delivery.

    How do I know that the goods are on their way?

    Once we hand over the shipment to the shipping company, we will send you an email with an invoice as well as the name of the shipping company and the shipment number so that you have an overview of where your package is currently located.

    Where can I find the invoice?

    We protect nature, so we do not include printed invoices in packages. We will send you the invoice electronically to the email address provided in the order.

    Why is there no price listed for some products?

    Is the product missing a price? This is because the resulting amount depends on your specific specifications – from the type of material being processed to the demands on the working environment.

    To get an accurate calculation, click on “Request a non-binding quote.” Our sales and technical representative will then contact you to go over all the details and propose the most effective solution tailored to your operation.

    Have you chosen a product, but want to wait with the purchase?

    Use the “Wishlist”. Click on the heart next to the item. The product will be saved to your wishlist in your profile. It’s a great way to keep track of the products you buy regularly.

    CHANGES, COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS OF GOODS

    I want to change or cancel my order. Is this possible?

    Before shipping: If we have not yet handed over the package to the shipping company, call us as soon as possible at +420 774 883 858. An email might arrive late, so a phone call is a sure thing.

    After dispatch: If the goods are already on their way, you have the legal right to return them within 14 days without giving any reason. Simply enclose the completed Withdrawal Form (you will also find it in the order confirmation email).

    What to do if a damaged package arrives?

    If upon receipt you see that the packaging is damaged:

    • Immediately file a damage report with the carrier.

    2. Take photo documentation of the damage.

    3 . Contact us within 48 hours. Together we will resolve the situation immediately.

    There is something different or missing in the package. What now?

    We apologize, we are only human. If you received a different item or something is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately. We will arrange the fastest way to rectify the problem (exchange or reshipment) at our expense.

    Do I need the original packaging for a return or complaint?

    Returns within 14 days: Yes, in this case the goods must be in the original packaging.

    Complaint (product defect): Original packaging is not required, but the goods must be securely packaged for transport.

    What documents should I prepare for a claim?

    For quick processing, we will need your order number or invoice number.

    Sending by mail: Enclose a completed Complaint Form or a cover letter with a description of the defect, a copy of the proof of purchase and your address.

    Refund: Don’t forget to include the bank account number (IBAN and SWIFT code) where we should send the payment.
